IT Business has reported that the #1 threat to a company’s security is… its Employees. Wether it is too much access, bad passwords, or just being silly enough to give away important passwords to random people over the phone. Your company is as weak as its dumbest employee. But why did we already know this? I think that since nobody is willing to fully admit that there own security flaws are there and there employees fault, and can not be fixed by more security layers, than we are just going to keep adding more “layers” of security. But in reality, it doesn’t matter how many deadbolts are on your door, its how smart the guy with the key is.
