Something fresh and exciting I noticed today on uncrate is a new collection from Banana Republic. It seems they have the rights to the Mad Men wardrobes and are bringing them back for us. I must say this is exciting me as I have always taken any excuse to wear a pin stripe jacket and fedora, or at the very least a simple shirt and tie.
Now, I have worked in a office before where business dress was mandatory, so I’m not saying I want this to become the standard again, however wouldn’t it be nice if we all dressed up a little more. I say we pick a specific day each week and class it up, the opposite of blue-jean-Fridays, perhaps three-piece-Tuesdays?
