The I.T. Life

So its been…. A while. I want to get off by saying, I should not have put this off so long.

To start, my excuse is what most bloggers use, life, and even more work have caused me to neglect things. I was in panic mode until may on a Flash project at work I was leading, and around April / May I started a new project that I WISH I could show you. It was the biggest WordPress sites I have done yet. I got a trip on May out to Vancouver to visit GDC-Canada, and as soon as I got back became just as busy. I am (assuming passport drama ends) going to Comic-Con San Diego next week with a good freind of myne (fergy-ferg.net @FergyFurg). The passport drama will be explained in a later day.  To touch on some tech things, this is now a 3.0 WP blog, and I am starting to experiement with some more plugins. I want to get Facebook-Connect added at least for commenting, and I really want to do a new design. I really want to re-design, or at least re-develop my portfolio, possibly Drupal very soon. I have also setup Google Apps to handle mail, etc for all my domains, using jeffreyhann.com as the primary. It will be a challange moving from my @gmail.com email that I have had for years now, but I should be able to handle it. I will likelly use POP to transfer all existing messages on my @gmail.com account to my new Google Apps account, than forward any future messages. This will keep me in touch with anything in that account, I can find information without logging in to a seperate account, and I can reply using the new address. Anyways, I should close this off.
